Hi, I’m Rikki White-Territo.

With over a decade of experience in fitness coaching, elite Crossfit competition, and behavior-based nutrition coaching, I specialize in helping clients achieve fat loss and body recomposition while improving performance through simple, repeatable systems rather than restrictive or trendy approaches.

Nothing is more rewarding to me than watching a client truly own their health journey. We always look for those ‘non-scale victories’ that prove real transformation is happening. I love working with people who are ready to grow, make lasting lifestyle changes, and show up with the passion necessary to reach their biggest goals.

Besides coaching and training, I love spending time with my family, traveling, eating, and living at the beach.

Ideal for the ultra committed. We set goals, dial in your nutrition, exercise, sleep habits and stress management. You take off running with once a week check-ins.

Accountability Partner

Ideal for those that need a little extra. We set goals, dial in your nutrition, exercise, sleep habits and stress management. We are in this journey together with 3 times a week check-ins.
